Could someone please assist on how to customise a Label Form to A4 Size.
Currently i cant seem to customise the size of the standard labels any bigger than about 6 per A4 Page and at this size they are far too small to label pallets of product.
any assistance would be greatly appreciated...
I'm not exactly sure what output you're looking for.
though from testing AccountRight 2018, I can see there are different forms that come with different areas for Mailing labels.
go to: cards -> print mailing labels -> advanced filters -> you can change the forms, you may want to customise each one to see if this gives you a wider area to customise.
when you're actually in the form however, you can change the font size and increase the label area accordingly.
i have tried both your options but still cant seem to be able to get the label size any bigger.
just to clarify, see attached picture. Instead of automatically printing 7 labels per A4 Sheet i want the option to just have one large label per A4 sheet. in order to do this i need the ability to customise the entire page rather than just a small square in top left corner.
any help would be greatly appreciated..
The Mailing Labels are designed to be smaller labels designed to be cut into smaller pieces which is why it's designed in this way.
The customisation options available are all in the post @sholt73 listed.
You are unable to get the Mailing Labels function to be 1 per page or have it any Larger within the software, though you could export this data from your Customer List and then use another program to print it, such as Word.
To export your data, I suggest checking out this support note: Exporting data
You can simply export the following fields:
This should give you the same data to use when manipulating it in Word to get your desired result.
Note that you may want to export this in Comma-Separated Format so that it's easier to copy and paste into Excel to modify.
