We have a single Item which has an error in the stock history specific to a single sale.
It has recorded the sale as a negative in the item history rather than a positive and it is causing an error in the Analyse Sales Item Report which we use to assess item performance/return GP.
How can this be fixed?

We do have an inventory script that we can arrange to be run over a copy file which has aid in some inventory issues including history based ones. Happy to arrange for the script be to be run we would require the following information in order to arrange for that:
If those scripts don't work as intended, we would be looking at needing to get additional information such as screenshots of the item history and that of the Item Register (for an extended date range) to investigate further.
