Import Error -4077: You have sales for this item

Hello,

I am importing updated selling prices and getting "Error -4077: You have sales for this item" for a number of items

In the past a script has been run which fixes the error and allows me to complete the import.

Can this be arranged?

So that we can arrange this script for you, could you please provide the following in your reply:

• Last 4-digits of your serial number
• Compay File ID (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Company File ID?)
• Software Version (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Build?)
• Online or Local file?

I have just run the required script over your file (you may need to close and re-open AccountRight)

Hi Sam,

Thank you for running the script.  The Items have now updated without error.

This has been an issue for a number of years and appears to affect many products created since the last time the script was run.

Considering MYOB is no longer supporting the software on the weekend (when I'm most likely to be rolling out a price update), is there any plan to fix this issue?

Great to hear they have updated successfully, thanks for updating this post. 

Our teams are still looking for a permanent fix, however, the script I've just run over your file is the only solution we have at this time.
