Import Error 4077

Hello

We have the same issue with Error 4077 on item import when trying to update item information and pricing.

I understand that there is a script that you can run to solve this. Hopefully, this can be done ASAP as we are needing to input updates effective immediately.

 

Here is the information that has been requested in previous posts about this issue by MYOB Support.

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local ONLINE
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information 6112
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight 1

Hi @ELVS 

 

I've arranged for the necessary script to be run over the company file for you. Do ensure that you close down and reopen that company file before trying that import again.
