In Tray - Something Went Wrong

Hello,

 

While trying to upload invoices into the In Tray - I automatically get a red error 'something went wrong'. This happens in multiple compnaies. I have restarted my computer and cleared my cache. 

 

Recently we started using a web based onedrive for shared documents, but the documents I am trying to upload are coming straight from my desktop. 

 

I have tried 'drag & drop' and also 'add document' and I simply get a red X and 'something went wrong'

I think its a MYOB error, i'm having the same issue - and it seems multiple others are also

I'm having the same issue, MYOB completely shut down then when restarting there is no accessing documents in the In Tray

Just tried one more time.  Invoices are back in my in-tray and I can opload invoices again.

Hi Everyone (@TidoLee @jow965 @Angiebel @Youngone @ERSilva)

 

There was a problem with the Document Server at the time you posted. When I was looking in on it, looks like we had a problem with the container it was hosted on.

 

Working with the crew, we managed to fix the problem, are you able to close and re-open AccountRight and see if this is now working?
