In Tray not Loading documents

When uplodaing the documents, it  stated "something went wrong".

Hi, Yes I too am experincing this. it says I have 14 in my tray but none are displayed and cannot load new documents in either. suspect there may be an issue at MYOB's end. Smiley Happy

I am also experienceing this.  I can not open and view invoices that are attached to existing myob entries/invoices.  Do we have an ETA on the resolution of this MYOB?

Hi @MGGmonica , I have the same issue at the moment.  Same error as you describe and also can't see my invoices I just loaded in this morning.  Very frustrating :-(.

This is 2 issues in one week now.  First delay in emailing of payslips.  Wasted over an hour of my time ringing MYOB.  Today the intray issue.  I am not going to ring this time as I am not prepared to waste more of my working time.  MYOB in the cloud has always worked for me very well.  The only occasional hickup I have had is with the loading of the bank feeds.  It does not always work, but ussually comes back on within an hour or so. 

Hope they fix this one very soon.

Hi @MGGmonica @Angiebel @Michelle959 @TheCoolShop 

 

There was a problem with the Document Server at the time you posted. When I was looking in on it, looks like we had a problem with the container it was hosted on.

 

Working with the crew, we managed to fix the problem, are you able to close and re-open AccountRight and see if this is now working?

Hi, 

 

My Intray documents wont load (same as others on this forum). 

I can see lots of threads where others have had same issues. This thread, it seems  to have been resolved via MYOB (?) themselves? Is the same thing occuring again? 

 

Windows has auto updated overnight. 

 

Huxley.Application error says the same thing over and over
