In tray "something went wrong"

Hi,

I noticed this same issue occured on Friday and it is now occuring again. I am not able to drop any PDF documents into the in tray. The message "something went wrong" comes up immediatly. I have shut the program down and restarted it and the problem is still there. 

If you could please help that would be great.

Also having issues with the In-tray.  Says: Sorry your documents are not available right now, please try again later.  I was in the middle of entering invoices from my In-tray when it shut down.  Really annoying.  Happened last week as well.  It really disrupts the workflow.

I have the same issue - any documents are not showing in the in tray and an error message comes up saying we can't access your documents.

Hi yes it's happened to me again too... i have 18 in my tray to be entered this afternoon but the pdf's are not displaying. Cannot drop any fresh invoices in either... grrrr

Try again.  It is working now :-).

@Angiebel , & @TheCoolShop  great to hear that the documents are showing in the In Tray for you both. I’ve let our team know that they are back for you both.

 

@SMoffice & @Youngone Are you able to check to see whether the documents are showing in the In Tray for you? This will let me update our team who are looking into this

Hi @SMoffice 

 

Thanks for letting us know, as someone who worked on the fix it's good to know it works.

 

I'll be keeping an eye on it for the next few nights as the rest of the crew begin double checking a few extra components to prevent any more failures.

 

Sorry for the problems this caused, let me know if you're still having any extra problems with this.
