Inactive Cards show up on sales invoices

Inactive Cards show up on sales invoices

I am using the latest version of MYOB Accountright 13.2 and when you are selecting customers to invoice I have noticed that inactive cards also show up.  I didnt notice this problem before the latest upgrade.

Hi MHS, thank you for your feedback. With the latest version, 2013.3, I can confirm that making a Customer Card inactive will make it not appear in your drop down list for Enter Sales and Receive Payments. Preexisting Invoices for that Customer will still appear in your Sales Register so you can receive payments that already exist in your system.

In AR2013.3 inactive cards will not appear in drop-down lists of customers/suppliers for Enter Sales or Enter Purchases, but they will appear in the drop-downs for Receive Payments or Pay Bills, because there could be open invoices or bills for inactive cards.
