Information on invoice is faded

I need some help with invoices . We send invoices  to our clients from MYOB Account right ,customers have complained that the info on the invoice is faded here and there and even our bank details is not clear enough. It looks like it's come out from a printe that ink has run out . I can get a clear copy only when I go to print option on MYOB invoice and then email it outside MYOB. I am not sure where to fox this , any advice is greatly appreciated .

Hi @Yash0928 

 

Thanks for your post. It sounds like there might be an issue with your customer printer drivers. Depending on how they would open the invoice, they would use a PDF printer/converter. Could you send the invoice to yourself and see if you are having the same issue? Make sure to have the latest AccountRight installed, as well as all the windows updates.
