Intray Purchases

my intray is empty

received a message saying 'Sorry, your documents arent available right now, please try again later'

then a message ' your intray is empty, drop a document here'

can I get them back ?

before this happened, the error message said 'cannot attach document'

I'm afraid that we are currently seeing a problem affecting the usage of InTray, it's affecting document uploads, and can also show the error 'sorry we can't access your documents right now...'.

 

Our teams are working on this matter as we speak, we'll provide update here when available: Unable to upload to InTray 09/12/2019. Please do try again after this problem is resolved.
