Re: Inventory - negative balances

We've had the negative balances in inventory before as well.  What script are you talking about - be  very interested in hearing.

Re: Inventory - negative balances

Yes I dont know how these negative balances keep on occuring.  Stock on hand is Nil and value normally shows N/A or something like that.

I go to Inventory - Item List - On Hand sort.  This shows the items in question.

In the past Steven has run a script over our Account Right - and this fixes the problem.

If this is not done, we are forced to make a new ITEM number to clear this fault.

At the moment I am unable to receipt in the lastest orders.

Re: Inventory - Item List

Ever since the 2019.3 update.  We have had issues with the Inventory Item List - reviewing transaction, which we often have to do.  There is a time out issue occurring - even when we call up only a couple of days.

When this happens it prevents us from check on pricing/adjustments - and delays our business.

I spent some time on the phone with a TECH but this issue is still happening.

Any suggestions.

Re: Inventory - Item List

Hi @CCNaturals

I've arranged for the necessary scripts to be run over the company file for you.

In terms of your timeout issues, we are currently investigating cases of reports producing a timeout error message when they are stored online. For the cases we have seen, checking out the company file or taking a backup to restore locally have allowed the report to be run as intended.

Kind regards,
Steven

Re: Inventory - Item List

Sorry its not suitable for us to go in/out of online/offline. As end users and several of us working on the system, they cannot have a "read only" coming up on their daily entering.

This is occurring ever since the 2019.3.

I need to go in frequently to search for a period of transactions on each of our products to check on details of invoice etc. and to view previous Stocktake lines.  We require to be able to view adhoc and quickly - this is just not working correctly, but sometime it does and others it does not.

eg.  I call up an item this mroning to see transactions from 26th Sept to 30th Sept - NO GO.
