Inventory on Hand Does Not equal Count Inventory report

Hi

The Items register Report shows figures, however when I go to do the adjustment via count inventory it showing 0, which is correct.

Can you please advise and run the required script to fix this? It has happened previously and seems to be a bug in the Inventory section somewhere.

Hi @NNyl , 

Please call the support call center, they need to run a few scripts on your file so that those quantities reset back to 0. 
If your file is online, they can do this over the phone with you, however, if your file is not online then it needs to be sent to the data file repair team so that they can do it on behalf.
