Not able to send email from either web or desktop myob
getting this error "The Email Could'nt be sent"
Emails sent using Accountright can't exceed 10mb
can anyone explain what this issue is.

Can you please cancel this operation, try resending a different email and then send this one again ? Do you still get the same error message?

You would generally encounter this situation when you don't have an active subscription in place. We do recommend contacting our team directly to discuss enabling that subscription.
In the meantime you are welcome to use a desktop email program like Outlook to send those emails - Sending emails using Outlook

Hi,
We use the accountright software and one of my users can't send emails through the softwear using account right or outlook.
This issue is only user specific as my log-in allows me to.
Can anyone assist???
