Invoice Reminders & Emailing from MYOB

Hi All


I am hoping to get some other user feedback on the Invoice Reminders system in MYOB AcountRight and emailing from MYOB in general.

Has anyone had any issues with the reminders being sent to customer spam/junk folders?

Are customers appearing responsive to the reminders?

Are you happy with the overall system and being able to access sent emails?


Any feedback would be hugely appreciated. I have gone through the forums and cannot seem to find any recent or relevant info.

When the company file is stored in the cloud with AccountRight 2019 a user can email directly from AccountRight without the use of an email product like Outlook. This is set up via the Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing.

Generally speaking, the service does work as intended with emails successfully being delivered to the recipient. There are times, typically around the end of the month, when a backlog can be generated from sending those emails and those emails will be delayed for customers but these are successfully delivery once the backlog has been cleared.


In saying that, I would encourage other users to share their experiences.
