Invoice reminders not sending customised invoice

Our customers are complaining that when they get the invoice reminders the invoice is not our customised version therefore does not show the bank details.

Are we able to change this?

Thanks for your post, I do apologise for the delayed reply.  So that I can assist you better can I please clarify a couple of things? Did the original invoice send on the customised form and how was the original invoice emailed, ie, from the Sale Window or from the Print/Email invoice window.
