Hi,
Our invoices and orders are not sending successfully today, however statements have gone through.
They aren't appearing in the sent email list either.
I've sent invoices and credits today - before the statements - and customers are emailing asking for the missing invoices on their statement. I don't understand why this would happen. Invoices have been generated and emailed by three staff in our office today and the problem relates to all of them.
I have also had issues accessing the invoice activity all day. Usually MYOB times out or freezes.
Can you please look into this ASAP?

We are currently investigating an issue with the online invoice emails. At this time the functionality has been stopped and messages are being queued awaiting that functionality being re-enabled. At this stage, we don't have a timeframe for when that functional will be back online, although updates will be posted when they become available.
We apologise for the inconvenience, we’re looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.

The issue with emailing online invoices was resolved on the 2/12/2020. If you are still experiencing difficulties please do provide us with detailed information, for example, is it the same clients, are the emails sending and not being received or not sending, and we'll be happy to have a look into this for you.
