Item Register

We still can't use 'item register' to look up item history, we have to use the less efficient 'Find transaction'.

This has happened since the last upgrade - does anyone have a time frame when this may be resolved?

Hi @Paulaosv 

 

We are aware that within the AccountRight 2019.3 version the Item Register will not show transactions when the Item's quantity on hand value is currently. This is something that we are looking at addressing in our next update, AccountRight 2019.4. At this stage, we don't have an exact release date for that particular update to be available however, it is scheduled for later this quarter (November/December).

Thank you for your post, I can confirm that this issue has been resolved. Can I please clarify which build version of AccountRight 2019.4 you have ? If you do not have AccountRight Live build 2019.4.23.1762 you will need to install the latest download version of AccountRight. You can check this by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight.
