Item price not updating when using recurring sales

Older versions of accountright (premier) automatically updated item selling price when using recurring sales.

This is now not the case on a great feature that many users used like and now rely on. When will this issue be restored please ? I've been waiting years to update to current version and can't until this feature is restored.

Hi @Bimmy

AccountRight 20xx will take the item's price when the recurring transaction was first created. This does mean that if the item price is updated this will not be reflected in previously created recurring transactions.

As you have mentioned, this is a change from the AccountRight Classic (v19) range. As such, it is something that we have passed across to the required team for further investigation in the AccountRight 201xx range. However, we don't have an exact timeframe for when that feature will be available in the AccountRight 20xx range.

Kind regards,
Steven
