I am running the above report which has had a mulititude of purchases with the Job noted on the orders however the report is only showing items from 2 suppliers. Weirdly, though it is showing all the freight charges from the different suppliers.
I have checked filters etc and everything appears fine. Please help as we need to do a Job Profit & Loss on this particular job.

I am having the same issue. MYOB crew can you please look into this asap, thanks. I have checked everything I can think of and there is no reasonable explanation I can find for the purchase to be left out of the report. Attached is Job Activity detail for job 10656 and purchase order 174848 which clearly has job number included. I have ticked include balance sheet accounts etc but still the report is not picking up all costs.

As this was originally posted by me, I am curious as to if you find a resolution. As of last Thursday MYOB technical support is supposed to have contacted me for a TeamViewer session and the clearing of the cache and scripts run in the background have been ineffective. I have wasted hours of time on both the phone and livechat with MYOB just running around in circles.

Hello, I have been speaking with MYOB Customer Support regarding this problem and they have advised of a defect where if the Bill has been updated since first recorded it omits it off the report. It has now gone to the Developers to sort out a fix.
If for some reason you have success via this post, please keep me updated.

Thanks WMack. I have been through every other report available to see if I can capture the job numbers to collate info but nothing works.
I am really concerned that our guys have missed a heap of data and not been capturing true costs to onforward to clients
