Jobs List

Hello Everyone, hope you are all well.

I would like to know if the Jobs List can be changed to only show those current/active Jobs?  (not in Report mode, in the List tab.)

When I go in to search or add a job number it takes a while as it shows finished/inactive jobs.

Hope that made sense.  Thank you for your time.

Re: Jobs List

Hi @JustMichaela

At this stage, it is not possible to search the jobs by status in the Lists>>Jobs, however, this is something that might be introduced in the forseeable future.

Please do not hestitate to post should you have further queries.

Kind regards,
Komal

Re: Jobs List

Hello Komal

Thank you for your reply.  It actually isn't a search I'm wanting to do, it is to only show in the jobs list active jobs.  I know that inactive jobs can be hidden in a report but in the actual jobs list where you to do add new jobs, it is a long scroll to find the next job number I am after because of all the finished inactive jobs.

We started at 100 and are up to 900 now.

Sorry if I am not explaining this correctly.  But it does not sound like this is possible at the moment.  Could it please be put in as a future suggestion?

Kind Regards

Michaela  :-)

Re: Jobs List

Hi @JustMichaela

Yes, you're right. In the jobs list, you would have to scroll to find the job number that you need. That being said, we will pass this suggestion on, however, you can also suggest this yourself on our AccountRight Ideas exchange as developers review this board while considering improvements for the software in future.

Kind regards,
Komal
