Journal Memo

Hi,

Is there a way to search "job location addresses" which I have inserted on invoices in the Journal Memo section.

I do approximately 300 invoices per month for 20 different customers all with different job locations.

I would like to be able to search a job location without knowing a date or customer name.

Thank you.

Kym

Re: Journal Memo

Hi @tmp, you can use Find Transactions by account, select the advanced filter (on the upper right), and enter in:

- a date range

- your debtors control account

- a phrase in the memo field, eg part of an address

- choose Sales for transaction type (not "all")

That should bring up the sale you want.
