Locking Period Problem

Hi Steven,

I have this locking period problem every now and then when I adjust inventory. You did ran scripts few times but it didnt solve the issue permanently. How long will it it take if I send the file to the team to fix it? My file is anyway online.

Hi , We get an inventory error message when we try to lock the period. How this can be fixed? Weired inventory balances.

Hi @Pri

 

Can you confirm which version of the program you are using? Help>>About AccountRight. To my understanding, the updating of preferences indicating that you had negative on hand quantities has been addressed with the AccountRight 2017.2 update

 

Based on client experiences, when upgraded to AccountRight 2017.2 you will still encounter the error but it will allow you to change the preferences.

Hi Steven,

I recently updated the file to 2017.2 version and I will check and let you know if I still get the error message.
