Hi guys,
Is there anyone has the same problem as me? I just updated to the new version yesterday 2020.2 and now I can't open receive payment. It popped up "something's gone wrong and account needs to close". Reset the computer doesn't help

The Receive Payments window generating an error message is something that we have seen a few cases of this morning being report by clients.
We've had some success for the cases we have seen with a script we can run over the files. If you can provide the following information we can look at arranging for that script to be run:
Do make sure that you have taken a backup of the company file before replying.

Yes same problem here. I can't do anything it keeps coming up with an error. Alsosince updating to latest version I can't maximise my screen. Frustrating!!!

I'm sorry that you have all been impacted by this issue.
We have released a patch, 2020.2.1, which will resolve this issue. To install this patch you will need to uninstall the current version, download 2020.2 from your my.myob account and then reinstall.
Once installed you can check that you have the latest version by opening AccountRight and going to Help>>About MYOB AccountRight>>Build.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.
