MYOB duplicate invoices when making payment

After making an Electronic payment I noticed the remittance advice showed duplication of 8 invoices which made it appear I had typed these invoices in a second time.  However when searching the transactions list they only appear once.  When I open each of the closed invoices, with the same reference number, they both go to the one invoice details showing two lots of payments on the same day.  How did this happen?

I'm not following what are you referring to with respect to those transactions. Perhaps so we can have a better understanding would you mind providing some screenshots of what you can see at your end.

I am having trouble sending you a private message with requested screenshots.  Please provide instructions.  I got as far as the window with Private Message title but did not show any field for me to type into with subject or attach the screenshots.

If you need assistance with sending private messages check out Forum Help: Private messages.

 

In terms of screenshots, you would not be able to attach these to a Forum private message as an attachment, however, you can use the Photos option in the compose message toolbar to upload and add those images. Forum Help: Adding Images has more information on that topic.

Hi Steven_M,

 

I got into sending a Private Message but it wouldn't take the pdf format to insert the photo. I got out to see if I could change the format and then when I tried to get back into private message it didn't give me the option to send a message instead it shows "Online".  What does this mean?  How can I get these screen shots to you?

If you are looking at sending those screenshots through a private message these would need to be uploaded to a private message using the Forums' Photo option, which does only allow for image-based files.
