Missing Logo on emailed invoices and statements

Same problem but we won't be installing Quicktime. I believe there is a patch available for 19.* that fixes the problem.  Where do I go to download the patch?

Hi @TheRodBaron,

 

You are correct, we do have a Patch for our V19 series to work without the use of Quicktime for security purposes.

 

To ensure I am sending you the relevant release, can you please send me a Private Message containing:

  • Your MYOB Serial Number
  • The current version of v19 you are using (IE: V19.5)
