No email log in sent emails

I am having an issue with my sent emails log as it is blank. It is not displaying any sent emails of invoices, orders, payslip and so on. I put the date of few days and years back stiil it is blank. Thank you.

Hello, there are no files in Sent Emails, from any date from/to.  My system is setup to send emails using AccountRight.  PLEASE HELP.  Thank you.

Emails not showning up in sent mail, you have to open up the invoice view activity it just says sending & thats the way it stays. I don't know if invoices/statements are being received by customers. Sent email log is blank & i havw sent over 15 inovices this morning. What is going on with all these issues with MYOB lately!! This is really frustrating for someone trying to run a business.

I sent a payslip again to see if it would show up in sent emails, and it did today,  but I have no other sent items in my email register either, and I know I have sent invoices payslips etc.    I went back a few months and it shows no emails sent.  I thought it was just me, has anyway had a response yet??

I am having the same issues, I did a check to make sure that the emails were being sent and they are going to the required destination. Its just not recording so.

Nothing yet.  I'm wondering if it is connected to the recent upgrade as only a couple of weeks ago, at most, I did a search of sent emails to locate a particular invoice I had sent in August and all my sent emails were showing.  Just blank now though.

I'm having same issue can't see any emails even from 12 months ago been sent, also I checked in the invoices APP and the invoices I sent last night still say sending this morning.
