Re: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Tried the same thing, and got the same result: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Not good, another reason to hold off from the upgrade from Classic, which is extremely frustrating. Hoping 2019.4 might be the one...

But seriously MYOB what testing strategies are you employing?

Re: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi @AndrewStephen  @boundtoimpress

Accessing the Edit Credit Hold & Limit through the Card Actions menu is something that we have raised with the required team for an in-product correction. If you do need to edit the credit hold or limit of a customer card this can be done through the Edit Credit Hold & Limit option on the bottom of the Selling Details section of the card. This is the known workaround, while we do investigate that issue and add an in-product fix for that.

Kind regards,
Steven

Re: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi @Steven_M

I think the point has been missed completly.

There are several bugs now directly to the Action Menu that are not getting fixed.

I have a new person starting in a couple of weeks and I have so many work arounds that I need to advise them of.

When is #TeamMYOB going to start fixing the 100's and 100's of bugs that impact the daily usage of the software.

Every time the software crashes we

1) have the potential to corrupt the datafile 2) work is lost 3) productivity goes out the window 4) customers are inconvienced.
