Online Payment Fees

I Have a question about online payment of invoices.

It says that we can pass on the surcharge for credit and debit card payments to our customers, is this surcharge in addition to the 1.8% + 25c transaction fee that MYOB charge? Can we pass on this fee as well?

It also says that BPAY fees can not be passed on, can we eliminate BPAY as an option and just have VISA, Mastercard and AMEX?

However, to directly answer your questions:

• The 1.8% surcharge for card payments can be oncharged to the customer. The $0.25 per transaction fee will only be charged to your business and not the payer.
• When online payments are enabled on an invoice, customer will have the option to pay via Credit Card or BPay. There is no way to deactivate one specific payment method.
