Online Payments generated PDF Invoice - 2 Pages?

Hi,

I've recently moved over to AccountRight 2019

I'm having an issues with the pdf thats generated for sales invoices when the online payments option is applied and emailed to customers.

I'm using a custom invoice form which has all the payments options on it (Credit Card, BPay). However the pdf always has a 2nd page with a MYOB generated Payment options section.

This is annoying as we don't want a second page and all payment information is being duplicated.

 

Is there any way to edit this or prevent MYOB from generating this 2nd page? Or possibly move it up into the 1st?- Cant see anything when I'm customising forms.

Hi NickNacker.

I have the same problem. With the Online Payment options checked all of our invioces are arriving to the recipients as 2 page pdfs. Getting a lot of flack from our logistics partners on this issue. Is there a workaround for this. I obviously want to offer my customers the option to pay online through MYOB but will have to remove this option if I can't get this sorted. Any help would be appreciated.
