Online Payments not working

Hi There,

 

I have set up online payments, went through the application process. Everything looks set up but the "pay now" button is not showing up on the customers invoice. The tick for online payments is ticked. And when I called MYOB during the week to confirm it was all set up, I got the ok from the call centre. Help, is there something I am missing? My customer wants to pay via credit card and the whole process has taken 2 weeks for it to not to work.

Hey @sheargoldpaint,

 

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with this.

 

Have you sent out an invoice since setting up online payments to test this? Is the customer definitely opening the right one?

Hi Maxine,

 

Turns out it was a problem on MYOB's side, someone forgot to approve the application. It is all sorted now (after 2 phone calls) It is up and running.
