Thanks for the advice Theresa - It has occurred to me that our General Managers who are curerntly in the US doing a presentation on the company at the board meeting may have MYOB opened.

I've messaged them and will need to wait until I hear back from them. Working Offline I think will take too long to create as it is a large file size and our internet is not that great.

Will let you know how I go if this resolves the matter

Hi @CGI 

 

No worries, before you try working offline see if the following works for you instead.  Disable Setup >> Preferences>> Sale(Purchases)>>Warn for duplicate Invoice (Purchase Order) Numbers before recording.

Halleluja!! - I think I'll keep that disabled from now on.

Having said that I still haven't heard from the GM's in the US so don't know if they were in MYOB or not but al least I can now get the payment done
