Solved: Go to Solution

Pay Bills

Myob 2020.2 will not respond to Pay Bills - nothing happens.  Just sits there in the Purchases Command Centre.

Hi @Scotia 

 

We have not experienced this issue system wide, however, if it's happening for you, my first recommendation would be clearing AccountRight cache and testing if there is any difference. I would also suggest selecting a purchase from Purchases Register and then clicking on Pay Bill to check if you're able to pay that way. 

 

If none of this resolves the issue, please confirm that you have full read and write access on the Purchases command center.
