Pay now missing

Hi, I have set up online payments but when I email to my customers the pay now button is missing.  

 

Any suggestions on what else I can try to get this to work?

Hi @CalypsoLin 

 

Generally, this can be resolved by unticking the Online payments option on the invoice, ticking it again, and then resending the invoice. If the Pay now button still does not appear, send us your serial number by Private Message so we can check the settings from our end.
