PayDirect Online - Pay Now Button Not Showing on Invoices Sent

I've set up our online company file to receive online payments and the bank details are correct, however when emailing an invoice from MYOB the 'pay-now' button is not showing therefore the customer cannot use the paydirect function.

Hi @DGAWindows 

 

If the issue still exists, could you please send us your serial number  by Private Message so we can check if the service is active on our end?

 

Also, can you please confirm if you have enabled emailing through AccountRight by selecting Send emails using AccountRight under Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing as the Pay Now button would appear only if this option is used for sending invoices.
