Payment update for the outstanding invoice

Hi there,

 

Please kindly advise on how to update the payment once it is already due ?

 

I have tried so many times to call 1300555123 for payment update but could not find any solution.

 

Also I have done the update payment thorugh online but could not success due to the payment reference number i am required to not it down but could not find it on the invoice. Please advise on where can I get this reference number?

 

Appreciate any prompt response

Hi @Etita 

 

If you want to update the existing payment profile, you need to be the Primary/Billing Contact and then follow the steps given below:

 

1) Login to your my.myob account

2) Select My Account

3) Select Payment Profiles from the drop down menu and follow the prompts

 

If you have tried all that and it still does not work, please send me a Private Message with your serial number and email address and I will investigate that for you.
