Solved: Go to Solution

Please select the {1} account

When i enter a customer order - i then go to stock alert and select items to enter into a purchase order. 


whenever i try to save the purchase order i just get - Please select the {1} account

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

My interpretation of that message seems to indicate that is is missing an account and it is prompting you to select an account for the transaction/item. As such I would ensure that you do have an account selected for each ticked option in the Setup>>Linked accounts>>Purchases option and that you have an account for ticked ticked option (I Buy, I Sell, I Inventory) in the Item's Profile tab.


Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance. If you do require further assistance can you indicate what version of the program you are using? Help>>About AccountRight and does that message occur with one particular item or multiple items?
