Whilst trying to change a purchase order to a bill this morning MYOB just hangs and says Not Responding, options are to close and try again. Click try again and it goes to the purchase order register, click close and it kicks you out of the program. Finally got the order to a bill by putting the same amount of goods that we received in the back order column and recorded the order. Then went back into orders and deleted the back order.
We seem to be spending a lot of time trying to fix these errors, we did not have these problems with MYOB v19. This is not acceptable, we pay a lot for the software subscription. If we continue to have these issues we may need to look elsewhere.
