Purchase Orders- contact email - MYOB Account Right

Hi

 

I am the main administrator for MYOB with two additional users - who do most of the purchasing.  

 

When queries come back on any purchase orders they come back to me as my email is  on the company details.  Whilst I can forward them it is a bit messy.

 

How do I work around this?

Hi @SRK 

 

When using online emailing in AccountRight i.e. Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing>>Send Emails Using AccountRight is enabled, any reply to an email sent using that functionality would use the Reply to Email. This is the email set up with that Emailing tab of the Preferences. Note: This is a company file-wide email address and can't be set up per individual user. If you are needing multiple recipients we would recommend setting that Reply to email to be a shared email address that those recipients can pull from to see those emails.
