Mine have also dissappeared. Came up with an error at first now just says it is empty (which is was not)

Intray

Is there an issue with the intray.  All the documents in the tray have disappeared.  Also unable to open attachements with old purchase bills

We are aware that clients are experiencing some issues with access and using the AccountRight In Tray today (14/01/2019). This is something we have raised with our required team to investigate further as a top priority. 


More information and updates, when they come to hand, will be available on In Tray usage and access 14/01/2019

Hi MervinD I am still having same issue and after posting this issue last month I am still experiencing same.

Can anyone help as it is getting quite annoying.

Is there any update on this issue being fixed?  I have been unable to load documents since the last update over a month ago.  I always get the error message "Sorry, your documents aren't available right now.  We can't access your documents at the moment.  Please try again later."

 

Seems an extremely long time to get this fixed.  And again a case of when an update is applied it seems to create more errors and issues.  This has been happening for months now with just about every update, and is very frustrating.

Sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue with In Tray. Can you please send me a private message with the following details so I can take a look into this for you:

  • Serial number 
  • File ID having issues (this can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
