We have the pdf option sent already with invoices. This is something that we had to implement as our customers did not like the:
click here for your invoice
click here for pdf
click here to print
So we chose the option to attach the pdf when we started using Myob.
When the pdf is attached to the email sent out - there is the portion missing - when clicking the 'link' in the email - the portion is missing.
Also happening with statements....

Yes, we have always included the PDF for the same reason too... for years now... and only recently experienced the blank invoices...

Oh dear....I was hoping this would resolve it but doesn't sound promising especially if portions are still missing. Yesterday I would c.c. myself, I would receive the email fine but some clients messaged to say they were blank. My I.T. go to man looked at it last night, I was hoping it was fixed. This is doing my head in.

Like if emailing blank invoices wasn't enough, invoices that didn't email 11 days ago (couldn't work out why) and were resent manually the enxt day are now being sent AGAIN. So they were stucked somewhere and are now being released.
Now I have clients saying why are you sending me this invoice again? ... or might double pay it.
So annoying and we look unprofessional.
Hope you find a solution soon. A daily update would be highly appreciated in the mean time.
P.S. Our invoices are sent as PDF attatchment so unfortunately that is not the problem.

Apart from the missing information the other issue we are having is when printing invoices it will be fine then all of a sudden it will print blank. If we close MYOB and start it up again it is fine. Very annoying!! Definitely looking at Xero.

We are also experiencing the same issues.....
Blank or missing information when printing or emailing invoices
Delay in emails being sent
Saving an invoice to Disk causes a blank page (with only a P at the top of the page) between each page
The amount of re-work these issues have caused is unacceptable.
We are sick of having to clear the cache, and this doesn't always solve our invoice issues.
We are looking unprofessional and getting multiple complaints from our sales reps and customers about sending blank invoices, or invoices with details missing!

I agree - I am tired of apologising and feeling foolish to advise my custmers that Myob is 'glitching' they dont care about that...
