Where is the fix for this issue at?
I have just noticed after chasing up unpaid invoices, that they were sending out blank and customers just thought I had made a mistake and sent blank invoices.

This is now affecting my cash flow!

For the high price of MYOB, problems like this should not be occurring.
Will MYOB be refunding the last months subscription? I doubt it.. Will probably just get an email saying the price is going up!

I’d like to know where the fix is too?

 

It’s getting really bad. Before the “fix” was to send the invoice a second time and it was generally fine.

 

Now the second invoice is still blank and our logo is now missing as well as a blank description.

 

 

Not good at all and soooooo much double handling. And we cannot just wait for a fix before invoicing people. Cash flow is very important to small businesses ☹️

WHAT IS HAPPENING!!  WE ARE ALL FINDING OUT ON THIS FORUM THAT THE NEXT UPGRADE IS READY, SOME ARE SAYING ITS NOT FIXING THE ISSUE......

BUT WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU......

MYOB NEED TO SORT THIS OUT, ITS BEYOND A JOKE.  PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR A SERVICE THAT DOESNT WORK.

YOU HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO NUMEROUS REQUESTS FROM EVERYONE ON HERE FOR COMPENSATION.

IF THIS IS ABOVE YOU, GET SOMEONE TO EMAIL OR CALL OR REPLY ON THIS FORUM.

IF NOT I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER, TO THE CONSUMERS GUARANTEES ACT.  WE HAVE PUT UP WITH THIS FOR LONG ENOUGH, AND I BELIEVE GIVEN MYOB PLENTY OF TIME.  I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH MYOB CALL CENTRE AND ON HERE FOR THREE MONTHS, AND I AM FED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't received any communication whatsoever.... Mine seems to still be working fine sending emails through outlook but having to process credit cards manually is taking up alot of time at this time of year.... This better be fixed before Christmas because it will be a nightmare not being able to send invoices from home during Christmas shut down.  Smiley Sad

Here here Theresa D.  We could start a class action, we're paying for a service we're not receiving!!!!  This needs to be acted upon immediately, far from good service. This is driving me crazy along with my clients & still no resolve from MYOB.

I spoke with NZ MYOB yesterday.  They have assured me that the release last night of 2019.4 shoudl fix this issue.  There was apparently an early release of 2019.4 to some partners and that build did not have the fix in it  They have assured me however that the release last night should have fixed the problem.  Remains to be seen!

@Julie_Pacific Yes - the communication has been appalling!  To say just send the email again is unprofessional and ridiculous
