I know everyone is angry about this which is understandable but for the last few weeks I just went back to the old way and started emailing everything through outlook again. This issue has not been a problem since doing it this way. Just go to Setup, Preferences, Emailing & Untick the box that says "Send emails using AccountRight". Doing this has at least got all my invoices etc out correctly. I advise everyone should do this until the problem is resolved!!! 

 

I just wish we were kept updated by MYOB with what is happening because the lack of communication is really frustrating...

I tired this last week, and no attachments went at all.  Maybe I have done something wrong??

Once I saved the settings I just restarted MYOB and it all has been going through fine. I have been checking my sent emails through outlook and not one of mine has been a problem... Maybe this won't work for everyone. Smiley Sad

Actually, I already have this option selected and it sends the online and pdf as blanks

Hi Theresa, 

 

Can you please check that we are refunded half of our monthly subscription for October, November and any future months until this is rectified?

 

Still having issues.

Our development team has been investigating and working on a fix to this.  This issue has been resolved in version 2019.4 which is due to be released in early December.  

 

When 2019.4 is available, we will post on the AccountRight blog. Sincerest apologies for the inconvenience involved with this.

Ok Theresa. So are we entitled to some compensation for the monthly subscription we pay? We still keep paying & this has taken such a long time to get some resolve. I do hope update 2019.4 will have this resolved.

Hi Theresa,  Please keep me informed... This problem is making our company look very silly and unprofessional.  I'm quite embarrased when our clients send back emails stating they don't have our letterhead and works particulars on their invoice/s which have been going on for a month and a half  Smiley Sad   After reading earlier users comments I have just changed my settings to outlook and at this stage invoices appear fine!!!  Time will tell... Here's hoping for a quick solution and a credit on some of our subscription fees??

There 100% needs to be some sort of compensation for this in the form of a subscription discount or refund. This is not just a small inconvenience, it has been an issue for months - for me it has been all year. There is no fail proof work around. We shouldn't have to be looking for work arounds anyway, MYOB should have fixed it long ago.

 

Also... is there any update on the -$0.01 amounts? When's that going to be fixed?
