Recurring Trans Notification

 

Hi

 

Are recurring transactions linked to the user?  I have been the Administrator for years and have loads of recurring transactions.  I am going to hand over the Administrator logon on to my boss and I set up a new log in for myself but I notice with my new log in my recurring transactions do not prompt on opening. 

 

I selected Disply To To List on opening in Preferences but that is not what I am looking for as it does not come up with anything.

Hi @Patti_Syme 

 

When setting up a recurring transaction within AccountRight, one of the setup options is to notify a particular user to record this transaction. This reminder is tied to the username selected and not the role or anything else.

 

If you did switch to a different username within the file, you wouldn’t receive the recurring transaction reminders. Instead you would need to go to Lists >> Recurring Transactions to access and record the recurring transactions
