Recurring Transactions

Hi all,


Is there any reason that a recurring transaction will just drop out of the system and no longer show and have to be reset?

The only way that I know that a recurring transaction would be removed from a company file would be if it was deleted at some stage by a user. For example they have gone to Lists>>Recurring transactions>>Highlight the transaction and selected the Delete button on screen.

In terms of recreating that recurring transaction I would just open a transaction that has been recorded from that original recurring transaction select the Save as Recurring option. This will allow you to setup that recurring transaction without the need to recreate it from scratch. 

Having said that I would recommend keeping an eye on your recurring transactions and let us know if you have others "drop out" so we can investigte further.
