Recurring Transactions

Is it posible to do a download of all our Recurring Transactions and the associated amount.

 

(I have tried the Recurring Transaction List Report, however the amount is not one of the columns that we can select)

Currently it is not possible to download a list of recurring transactions from AccountRight. The only really way to get that list would via Lists>>Recurring transactions and view each individual recurring transaction.


Another way that you could do it if you wanted to set them up in another file would be to record the recurring transactions and export out those transactions from the company file. Once those recurring transactions have been recorded you can go to File>>Import/Export Assistant>>Export Data and select to export the required transaction/s. When that process is complete you can import that information into the required file. After those transactions have been imported you can open the required transaction to select Save as recurring, this will setup that recurring transaction in the new file.

 

You can delete that transaction via the Edit>>Delete Transaction option if its not required to be recorded in the new file. Please note that this process can complex and may require some data manipulation prior to importing into the new file. Help Article: Importing and exporting data would be able to assist with that process
