The client has made a recurring transaction in Clearwater, and it enters OK, and doesn't drop out.

As Clearwater appears to be working as intended, that tends to indicate that it is a file specific error rather than an installation or an environmental one (which could be still possible). Without getting that full error log i.e. the txt file and when exactly it does occur we would not be able to further investigate.

My client has upgraded to 2021.1 and the problem has been fixed.
