Remittance Advices bouncing back

Recently (in the last two months or so) some Remittance Advices sent direct from MYOB have been bouncing back, these are being sent to suppliers we have worked with for over five years, to the same email addresses we have always used.   Please note that an email sent from our same email address (as the one MYOB sends from) to their same email address manually works fine so it is something to do with MYOB. 

 

The mail comes in from "bounce@apps.myob.com"

The error reads: Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful

Diagnostic-Code: rejected

Thank you for your post. Can I please confirm if you've tried to resend these emails, did it work ? If not, can you please send me a private message with your serial number and the email address that is being rejected.

I've just resent now, will see if it bounces back.  

Even if it doesn't, this is happening from time to time with different suppliers, so what is the cause of the problem?
