When I do 'Reports' - 'Sales' - 'Customer' - 'Customer Ledger' the report is very slow to be displayed.
But when I print the report the first digit of the date is missing from each line. I only use this report to give to a customer who is querying their account, so it looks a bit dodgy when I give them a report with had-written dates.
Any chance of fixing this?
Does the first digit of the date display when viewed on the screen or is it only when printing on paper?
Have you made and customisations e.g. column widths, font size, margins etc?
Thanks for your reply.
Yes the date displays on the screen.
I don't think I've made customisations. Is this how I can fix it?
Is MYOB able to finish their reply to this issue? It would be good to have this one resolved.

Hi Flowerpack, thank you for the update and I'm very sorry for the delay in following up on this post.
If the Report Preview displays correctly this means that the program is generating the Report correctly so what I would suggest would be customising the area for the date to be slightly larger. The most common cause for this type of data not appearing on printed documents is that there are slight differences than generated pdf files and how printers actually print the form so there isn't enough room for the date. If there is not enough room for the full date information AccountRight will not display any of that section.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience of this.
