Reports Sales Activity Detail not showing information

Hi, 

Having issue with Reports in Sales (Activity Detail) it keeps saying "there's no information to display"

We have use Reports in Sales in the past with no issue. I have just close our financial year today and unable to 

see any display in Sales Activity Detail. 

I'm currently running on 2020.3

Hi @LW8 

When recording your invoices do you use a time billing layout? i.e. if you open an invoice, select Layout (top of the Edit Sales window) is Time Billing selected?

The reason I ask this is that the Sales [Activity Detail] report and the other reports in the Sales>>Activty subsection in the Index to Reports will report on time billing layout based invoices. As such, if you are not using that layout those reports will be showing as no information to display.

If you are not using that time billing layout, another report, like the Customer based or Sales Registers, may be better suited as these reports will typically run independently from the layout of the sale.

Thank you for the information.

The layout is not time billing, but I managed to get information from report Sales registers as you suggested.

It is a bit strange as in the past we manage to get information from Report Sales Activity detail.
