We have discovered that a sales invoice has disapeared from Accountright overnight. Has anyone else had this happen? We know it was not manually deleted by a user so it must have been an action completed in the background.
We have reentered the invoice but it had already had a part payment allocated to it.
I am worried that there might be other invoices that this has happened to that we are not aware of.

I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. I'd recommend going to Reports>>Accounts>>Security and Audit>>Journal Security Audit report. You'll be able to trace that transaction, any changes made, if it has been deleted and the user ID.
